Please note that if a property is marked 'Taking References' we are processing a reference request and are unable to process any further applications until we have a response from MARAS.

Due to company policy we are unable to accept any DSS or student applications.

To arrange a viewing please contact our Letting Department.

Please note that an application form must be completed for each applicant over 18 who intends to live in the property and the form/s returned to Buccleuch FBR before we are able to arrange a viewing of a property.

If you ask us to process references you will be asked to pay a fee of £25 per applicant. This fee is non refundable and covers the administration costs of processing applications.

We will be unable to offer a tenancy to an applicant who has not been met by one of our representatives or the landlord.
